The USA Healthcare Savings programs are NOT INSURANCE but provide discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. The discount program does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The member must pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the program operator, The Capella Group, Inc. The range of discounts for health care services provided through the program will vary depending on the type of provider and service received. Equal or lower pricing may be available through individual negotiations. Prescription discounts are available only at participating pharmacies. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. You have the right to cancel your membership at any time, and if you cancel your membership during the first 45 days by notifying us in writing and returning your membership
cards, you will receive a full refund of membership dues within 45 days. Nominal enrollment fees are non-refundable except as prohibited by law.
